Vineyards/ Winemaking: Graeme & Maggie Ray started their vineyard in 1978, planting small quantities of Riesling & Chardonnay. Since then the vineyard has grown to over 40-ha. It is situated on northeast-facing slopes at an altitude of 350m, with warm summer days & cooler nights.

Grapes: Shiraz /Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes: This blend is a full flavoured dry red with length and finish, The Shiraz displays spicy with pepper and raspberry flavours while the Cabernet supports with blackcurrant and blackberry fruit characters with soft tannins.
