Vineyards/ Winemaking: Famous among the cognoscenti for its superb Botrytis Semillon, which accounts for only a minute part of its total production; the quality arm of the bustling De Bortoli group. Founded by Deen De Bortoli in 1928 now run by Leanne De Bortoli and husband Steve Webber. The arm of the business has vineyards in the Yarra Valley, Hunter Valley, King Valley & the Riverina.

Grape: 100% Semillon

Tasting notes: Brilliantly complex and luscious with rich multi-layered palate, with marmalade, peaches and cream, the opulent fruit is balanced with understated oak and fine acidity.
