Vineyards/ Winemaking: Stella Bella Estate was established by 2 well known Margaret River winemakers who, in deference to their employers, did not identify themselves on any of the background material or the striking front & back labels of the wines. The site is located in cooler arts of the Margaret river region in order to capture strong varietal character & maintain high natural acidity. 

Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting notes: Abundant in youthful & vibrant aromas of passionfuit, nectarine, gooseberry & blackcurrant. Laced with honeysuckle, pale & limpid green, youthful & vibrant aromas of nectarine, passionfruit & blackcurrant. The palate of stone fruit, passionfruit pulp & citrus is overtly varietal & flashy.

Food pairing: Bbq’d salmon & Bug Tails, rocket and beansprout salad, with avocado and orange hollandaise.
