Vineyards/ Winemaking: Welcome to the home of Freshy Bay, Well, why wine? Because we love it! We are a couple of wine imbibers who have had the pleasant experience of opening up many bottles of fine wine over the years. As wine aficionados winding down from our professional careers, we felt it was time to take the challenge to grow our own. In the year 2000 we made a millennial decision to fulfill our dream of producing a fine wine for all wine lovers to enjoy.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting notes: Sourced from the Pemberton regions this is a magnificent wine, light straw in colour with peaches, pineapple & a hint of perfumed oak on the nose, it tastes like peaches & cream. The use of French & American oak has contributed to a great balance in this wine. It has a lovely lingering finish and is delightful drinking. 90/100.
