REGION NOTES: GREAT SOUTHERN WESTERN AUSTRALIA Recognised by many as Australia’s newest high-quality Riesling region, the Great Southern encompasses a spectrum of sub-districts that are delivering remarkably delicious and often age-worthy wines of tremendous success.
WINEMAKING NOTES We selected a number of individual parcels of free-run juice from Frankland River and Mount Barker, fermented them with neutral yeast to retain the inherent fruit characters, and used minimal additions to produce a varietally pure, excellent early to mid-term drinking wine. Enjoy now to 2030.
TASTING NOTE Reflecting another outstanding vintage in Western Australia’s leading Riesling region, this is a softly textured, crisp, dry, lemon-lime fruited wine with a fine line of acidity.
TECHNICAL NOTES Alc/vol: 11.5% | pH: 3.11 g/L | RS: 0.7 g/L TA: 7.23 g/L | CLOSURE: Stelvin Lux+
FOUNDER’S NOTE With over forty years of winemaking experience I’ve learnt there are two important elements when it comes to creating great wine. Firstly, the best wines show a true sense of the land – that ideal combination of grape variety and region. Secondly, they taste even better when shared with friends.
