Semillon from the Hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine. Semillon thrives in the warm and humid climate of the Hunter and produces high quality fruit. The wines are light bodied and delicate with distinctive citrus fruit and a textured palate.
THE WINE
The 2018 vintage was warm and dry in the lower Hunter Valley, resulting in beautifully ripe Semillon with fragrant lemon and lime fruit and crisp natural acidity. Being preservative free this wine is best enjoyed as a young wine, it is not suitable for cellaring.
