Appearance & Aroma: Sourced from our 40-year-old vineyards, this wine shows a deep ruby red colour, with aromas of blackcurrant and mint, supported by integrated French oak.

Palate: The spicy blackcurrant, mint and oak flavours continue through to the palate, with lovely supple tannins giving great length to the finish. 

Serving suggestion: Enjoy at room temperature with Mongolian Lamb, Honey Soy Venison, or Honey Baked Figs.
