Hayes Family Wines 'Winemakers Selection' Roussanne

Our Single Block Roussanne from the excellent 2019 vintage comes from a small vineyard in Stone Well within a stone’s throw of the winery. This wine has all the hallmarks of Roussanne from its homeland in the Rhone Valley. Medium palate weight, fresh melon fruits on the nose, delivered with a savouriness on the palate that screams out for food.

Bottled with a light filter. Drinking well on release and will continue to do so over at least the next 5 years.
